She’s hoping to start her own business soon with the tagline of ‘elegance for ALL bodies’, it’s weird how even most custom designers won’t look at you if you’re over a certain size!

Hi I'm Italian.. Here marriage equality is a mirage .. I think, unfortunately, that will never be legalized .. I'm a straight girl but see that there are still people with so many prejudices grips my heart .. I support equality between people .. because no matter what sex you are, the important thing is true love.. love is love no matter the gender :)

People stay in the closet whenever they feel judged or shamed. When people feel safe and accepted, they come out. Religion often plays a huge role in whether people feel that they can come out or not.

Seeing the many happy couples on your blog got me into volunteering for the Marylanders for Marriage Equality campaign, and so far, it looks optimistic! It’s going to ballot in November, and we’re hoping that soon, Maryland will be able to marry same-sex couples!

This was said to be Taiwan’s first Buddhist same-sex wedding. Unfortunately, same-sex couples do not yet have any legal recognition in Taiwan.

Not to put a downer on things, but I thought you should know that same sex marriage isn't yet legal in Scotland, they've just drafted a bill to legalise it, which means it hasn't happened yet. It's a big step, but they've still got vigorous opposition, but they're planning to pass it next year, so hopefully the rest of the UK will follow suit soon too.

Civil partnerships for same sex couples in the UK were legalised in December 2005; the Labour Party government of the day expected no more than 22,000 partnerships to first between then and January 2011. You may like to hear that figures out yesterday reveal that over 106,000 partnerships have been registered - nearly five times the expected amount. All of these 200,000+ people will be able to convert those partnerships to marriages from 2015 onwards under government plans.
