Notes Our 2005 Wedding in Salt Lake City, Utah at the First Unitarian Church
In 2005 I married my beautiful husband Mikey, we had been together for 3 years. We got married at the First Unitarian Church of Salt Lake. Our friends and family were there and it was amazing! In 2008 we traveled to L.A. to get legally married during the infamous “California Window.” We got married again, but it was just us - that was for us, and our hope that it would someday be federally recognized - but our real wedding was the one in 2005. It was one of the most beautiful days of my life.
